The hotel is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Carbis Bay Beach and the train to St Ives, offering a convenient spot to explore the area. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a stunning garden view and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, thanks to Richard's superb breakfast. The service is warm and welcoming, especially during these times, making me feel right at home with fresh coffee and biscuits. However, the dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of choices and attentive service. Overall, a delightful stay with great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely, overlooking the sea even though it was misty, clean, and very pleasant. The bed, although slightly smaller than expected, was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. However, some rooms were small, tired-looking, and in need of refurbishment.
